Talented team has local insight

INSITE Strategies prides itself on employing local people to help shape the future of Bundaberg.

Director David Newby said when it came to town planning, it paid to have a team who lived locally and understood the area, the community and those sometimes "hard-to-see little quirks" that planners in other cities may not be aware of.

"Our plan when we commenced in 2003 was to employ talented young professionals with a passion for making a great city and region even better with our creative thinking and responsible approaches," Mr Newby said.

"Over the years we have put this team together, with Nathan Freeman and David Heritage now being joined by Tim Sergiacomi, who returns to Bundaberg after studying and working in Brisbane.

"Insite is proud to be able to employ our local talent."
