Primary school student hit by passing motorist

A PRIMARY SCHOOL-AGED girl is in hospital after she was hit by a vehicle at the intersection of Silky Oak Drv and Glendvale Rd, at Glenvale. 

Queensland Ambulance Service paramedics, including a critical care unit, were called to the scene about 8.36am, today. 

A QAS spokeswoman said the young girl is in a stable condition with minor injuries.
