Mum searches for hero who saved baby's life

A TOOWOOMBA mum has turned to social media to find a man who she says saved her young daughter's life.

A few months ago Felicia Dexter's two-year-old daughter got out of the family's backyard and ran on to Hill St.

Fortunately, a kind man was witness to the toddler's great escape.

"A man who was passing by saw her, scooped her up out of the road and stayed with her until I found them," Felicia wrote on the Facebook page Toowoomba Bad Parkers and Drivers.

"I was pretty well hysterical at the time and I didn't thank him properly for saving my daughter's life.

"If you know him or are him, can you please PM me?"
