Moncrieff survey to improve services
BUNDABERG Regional Council has released a Customer Satisfaction Survey for the Moncrieff Entertainment Centre in an effort to deliver improved services, identify opportunities and assist in creating a better community facility whilst optimising the use of rate payer funds.
Sport, Recreation and Venues portfolio spokeswoman Lynne Forgan said it's important that residents who use the entertainment centre have their say.
"The Moncrieff is an incredibly valuable meeting place for many locals who love the arts, whether it's the theatre or film, but every now and then it's essential that council undertakes surveys like this to see where and how the customer experience can be enhanced," Cr Forgan said.
"The survey is available online via the Moncrieff website for the next month or so, to give residents enough time to comment on what they think works and what's not working so well."
As part of an entire review process of the Moncrieff Entertainment Centre, the council will hold a focus group to encourage an exchange of ideas.
Anyone interested in being involved in this group is asked to email email@example.com for the attention of Selina Ferrais and provide a 25-word paragraph on reasons behind why they would like to take part in the focus group as well as their full name and contact details.
Focus group numbers are limited.
