Dino-Mite going off at Moncrieff today

LOOKING for a way to entertain the children while raising money for sick children these school holidays?

Then go along to the Dino-Mite Movie Morning at the Moncrieff Entertainment Centre today to raise funds for the Bundaberg Hospital Children's Ward.

The event starts at 8.30am with art and craft activities followed by new movie The Good Dinosaur screening from 10.30am.

Bundaberg Health Services Foundation manager Maria Burnet said the morning would be a great way for families to help sick kids, as well express their creativity.

"Funds raised from the event will be used to purchase non-government funded medical equipment for the pediatric ward," she said.

Activities will include face painting by Pauline from Frivolous Faces, make your own dinosaur fossil, design your own badge, listen to Dino-stories in the Jurassic Reading Corner, colouring-in fun and visit the Good Dinosaur Selfie Spot where you can take your very own photos to remember the day.

The first 100 children to arrive will receive a goodie bag.

Tickets to the movie are $8. For more information about the movie and activities, phone the Moncrieff box office on 4130 4100.
