ANIMAL advocates and conservation champions can now display their love for wildlife 24/7 as they drive around town, with the launch of the new Wildlife Warriors personalised plates from Personalised Plates Queensland.

Retailing at $495, a portion of each sale is contributed to the Wildlife Warriors charity which directly supports the Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital in its mission to save Aussie wildlife.

Supporters of Wildlife Warriors can now get creative while promoting Steve Irwin's conservation dream and driving awareness of the cause.

Plates are sold in a classic navy blue and hunter green design, with the sash message "I am a Wildlife Warrior."

Animal lovers have the opportunity to choose their own combination in a 3-letter/2 number or 2-letter/3-number format.

From a Hummer to a Holden, the plates are suitable to any type of vehicle and come with a seven-year warranty.

Names, birthdates, initials and creative messages are all popular options for plate combinations.

Wildlife Warrior and new learner licence holder Bindi Irwin was thrilled to check out the new Wildlife Warrior plates at the recent Australia Zoom event.

"This is such a fun and innovative way to show the world you're a passionate wildlife supporter," Bindi said.

"The Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital has treated over 53,000 animals and Wildlife Warriors has conservation projects all over the world. We carry on in dad's footsteps to make a difference. This is a great way to get involved and become a Wildlife Warrior."

Though the plates are only valid on Queensland cars, they are available for purchase Australia-wide and internationally for passionate supporters who want to help raise vital funds and display their Wildlife Warrior pride in their home or garage.

"We're proud to help support Wildlife Warriors," PPQ general manager Jemma Elder said.

"These plates provide the perfect opportunity for wildlife advocates to showcase their support and create awareness for the cause.

"With Christmas just around the corner, we're excited to see how these plates are received by Queensland customers." Ms Elder said.

Every purchase helps the Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital save lives.
