Lindum Vale residential development, Mickleham, Victoria (EPBC 2015/7516).

The following notice is published pursuant to Section 95A(3) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act).

Satterley Property Group proposes to establish a residential subdivision at 1960 and 2040 Mickleham Road, Mickleham, Victoria. The site will be subdivided for residential development in stages based on a permit to be issued under the Hume Planning Scheme. Construction is expected to commence in May 2021.

The proposed action is a controlled action under the EPBC Act. The controlling provisions are listed threatened species and communities (Sections 18 and 18A) and the Commonwealth Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment (DAWE) advised that the project will be assessed through preliminary documentation. The proposed action could result in a significant impact on the Grassy Eucalypt Woodland of the Victorian Volcanic Plain ecological community and Golden Sun Moth Synemon plana.

The Preliminary Documentation relating to the proposal will be on display for viewing for a period of 20 business days from Monday 13 July to Friday 7 August 2020 at the following location:
