TriCare’s Bundaberg Aged Care Residence, our 99 bed facility, located in the scenic Wide Bay-Burnett region, is seeking an experienced full time Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
Our facility has had a makeover by way of new flooring, furnishings, fittings and finishes, offering a fresh and modern environment for our residents and employees.
Varied shifts are on offer. Weekend and night shift work attracts penalty rates according to the Nurses Award 2010. We have a flexible approach to planning of shifts to strike the right work/life balance for each employee.
TriCare’s Registered Nurses report directly to the on-site Clinical Manager. The role is responsible for working closely with your manager and being 100% team-orientated to achieve real resident-focussed outcomes.
Favourable skills, experience and attributes include the following:-
• Aged Care experience (minimum of 2 years);
• Supervisory level experience;
• Knowledge in ACFI and its associated documentation;
• Adept at using tablet-based clinical management software at the point of care;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
